It had been a long time since Oliver had actually watched the shop. Olivia normally took care of that these days since he was normally too busy with practice and traveling between games to really be of any help. She hadn't been feeling well for months now though, and Oliver decided if nothing else he could give her some rest for a few days...even if that rest still included one of their children at home but at last it was one of their quieter children?
Now that he was here though, he wasn't really sure what to do with himself. He'd imagined himself as some sort of mystical figure, showing children the wonders of their first brooms, handing them their tickets to freedom, and showing off the sleek majesty of the newest models to every curious eye. In reality, kids old enough to even ride a broom were still in school, and the ones that did come in left sticky little fingerprints on the merchandise. He'd spent most of the morning cleaning it up, but there still seemed to be a ton to do. There was nothing for it though. All he could do was break out his cleaning kit and work on clipping and polishing each broom until the next customer came in the shop.
