That's right. James Potter did not like pickles but it still didn't stop him from poking Harry on the back and the older man had no other choice but to accept his fate. " Alright." He said slowly. " I'm going to turn around and give you the sandwich. Is that alright with you, mr pirate?" Was captain better? Oh well, he'd hear about the mistake soon enough from James. " Do you want me to take off the pickles? They're a little soaked in the bread if that's okay." The upper lip of Harry was currently twitching hard but luckily he had his back against James so his son didn't see his dad getting out of character.
Treasure. Hmm. There actually weren't many expensive things around the house, expect in Harry's own office because both Al and James had a tendency to either break or play with something that wasn't mean to be a toy. For instance, candles. So they were banned from the house until the boys were older. " Oh that treasure!" Harry exclaimed, thinking about something now. " I'll take it to you, mr pirate."

So that's why the house had been so quiet. The pirate that Harry called son had been either sneaking around or hiding his treasures. Harry just hoped that their silver utensils were not part of this treasure because then Harry had to find it. " My sandwich?" Echoed Harry, as if he was surprised. " But sir pirate, I need this sandwich! I'm hungry and it has pickles. I didn't know pirates like pickles." Harry had to keep his voice steady and not start laughing. This was too much fun.
Now he only had to locate his two other children from somewhere and that was a big task all together. The children could've been anywhere and sooner or later half of the house would collapse thanks to Al. " What is this treasure you talk, matey?" Inquired Harry Potter.

Out of curiosity, Harry had reached to Oliver Wood and after a few letter exchanges, this was the place Harry had suggested. Quidditch. Still something that Harry held very dear. He hadn't played for a while now but that was because of work and family duties. He had taught James and Al the basics and when Lil grew up, Harry would obviously teach her all he knew. Perhaps one of his children would pursue a career in Quidditch. Or perhaps they would end up burning a house. The latter would not surprise Harry Potter that much to be quite fair.
He had brought his broom for this occasion. It only seemed fitting since this was Oliver Wood of all people and if Harry knew anyone who loved quidditch more than anything, it was Oliver. They had bumped into each other briefly in Order meetings but that was it. It was a shame because Harry owed Oliver his passion for quidditch basically because it was him who had taught him all the rules and tricks all those years ago.
Harry leaned on his broom, flicking dirt away from under his fingernails while waiting. He also wondered if Ginny would make stew tonight or not because he was getting hungry already.

On his day offs, Harry Potter liked to relax. Unfortunately for him, the only relaxing he could was when he was sleeping and even then, the sudden flashbacks of people long gone would show up in his dreams and he was jerked awake quite violently. The workload that was slowly but surely creeping up to him was causing plenty of stress and Harry had barricaded himself inside his office for hours at end. Ginny, bless her heart, would sometimes bring him tea and seeing his wife helped quite a bit. Today though, was one of those days when Harry had quite literally charmed his office doors shut so he wouldn't go in so easily. He was going to spend the day with his family, with his sons and daughter.
If only he could find one of them.
There was an eerie silence in the mansion and Harry Potter knew better not to trust it. He had wandered around the house for a bit before coming to the conclusion that his family was out somewhere and had not bothered to tell Harry where they were.
This meant that the grown ass man had to find food himself. Bummer. It took a while for Potter to actually find all the things he needed for a sandwich. He hummed something, something silly that he had Ron him earlier that week and hardly noticed his own son creeping up to him. Such a great auror he was because when he felt something poke at his back, he froze, for fraction of a second thought to attack before a familiar voice rang.
Harry, grinned while his back was still facing James. “ Not moving, promise.” He replied and his hands rose up in a sign of defeat. “ I didn't know there were still pirates around.” Harry chuckled. “ Does the pirate want something to eat? Or all my treasures?”

Funnily enough, the Potter house was still standing. Harry had no idea what would he do without Ginny's help raising the boys. Lily was not causing too much trouble but Harry had a suspicion that when she grew up, she'd resemble much like her older brothers. James and Albus were day by day causing at least some sort of havoc inside the house and when ever Harry so much as blinked, something was either broken or about to get broken. There were days when he wondered whether or not his own parents thought about Harry being a complete mess which resulted his mood dropping because the thought of his parents not being able to meet their grandkids.
Sirius had notified Harry about the meeting only few days ago. He had sounded more or less desperate and if Harry didn't know his godfather better, he'd guess scared. Could Sirius truly get scared? Harry had witnessed that when Rory had gotten kidnapped and for the sake of the old man's nerves, he hoped something like that never happened again. Who knew how many years did Sirius Black have left considering he had dodged death multiple times.
Harry Potter arrived to the new Order headquarters only to find Sirius chewing his fingers. " You look dreadful." Noted Harry and Sirius looked up, hsi face slightly brightening. " Been better." Sirius said shrugging. They conversed for a bit and Harry knew that it would help if he talked about what James and Albus had done so his godfathers thoughts would be directed elsewhere.

His suspicions of Ron and food turned out to be accurate. As far as Harry was concerned, Ron spent more time searching for food than in the office. Which actually was beneficial for the both of them because Ron would always return with a big bag of food and they both could enjoy it. Well, it depended on the level of hunger Ron was in; if he was extremely hungry, the takeaway would vanish in a manner of seconds. Harry shifted the files in his hands and shrugged a little. His best friend would show up sooner or later and even if the worry was there, Ron was fine. In worst cases, Harry only had to tell Hermione and she'd probably find her husband in a manner of seconds. Maybe minutes if she was very busy. Harry wondered if Ginny was able to do the same. Now when he thought about it, she most certainly was able to find Harry because both he and Ron were very predictable after all.
The greeting that came from behind Potter made him spun around fast. The red head and the grin that Harry was used to, approached him with a bag of..curry. Yep. See? Food. Harry breath out of relief. Food did sound good and well, it was better to work with a full stomach than with a empty one. " Hi Ron!" Harry said happily. " Don't mind if I do." He told to his best friend. " Where did you get it from? You were gone ages." Potter asked curiously.
If Ron Weasley had superpowers, they certainly were sniffing food.

Harry Potter. The Boy Who Lived. More like the Man Who Drowned Into The Sea Of Papers. Somewhere in the midst of all those papers was Harry James Potter. He had just returned from a one week vacation ( more like being at home and helping Ginny with the children ) which meant that the workload had doubled. This wasn't exactly what he had imagined back at school nor no one really told what it was really like until it was too late. The things Harry had gone through were hardly anything compared to the horrors he had seen but it still had it's challenges. For instance, the paperwork that had to be done was a pain in the arse. It wasn't as dreadful as homework but it came as a close second.
Harry had knowingly made the decision to become an auror. There had been many places that would've gladly taken Harry but he had chosen to work in a place where he was able to protect his family. People often wondered why hadn't he chosen to become the Head Auror when Sirius stepped down to go to Hogwarts and Harry had a good answer for them; he wanted to spend time with his family and loved ones. Besides, Harry felt that he wasn't quite ready for such responsibilities. Sirius had been a great leader for the Aurors, he had weeded out the corruption while Harry and Ron had helped him. Harry's glory days were over. He just wanted to concentrate on raising his kids. And keep James and Albus away from candles it seemed.
The meeting with Maxwell Whitlam was over and while sorting out his papers before being able to leave the department Head's office ( that had been cleared out already ), Whitlam stopped him and wondered out loud why hadn't he seen Harry for a while. He explained him about being on a vacation but Whitlam was hardly listening anymore due to owls and letters arriving. When Harry exited the office, there was a loud mumble coming out of Maxwell's mouth about a prank from the president of MACUSA. Whatever that meant. Harry Potter headed back to the auror office, grudgingly. He knew he had plenty of paperwork that he had to go through before he could go home. All he wanted was to check up on Hermione and Ron.
Wait. Where was Ron anyway? His best friend wasn't at his desk so Harry began to worry. Had something happened? Was he okay? The more plausible reason why Ron wasn't at his desk was because he was probably out getting food so Harry decided not to worry. For now.

It wasn't but a blink and the house was starting to fill up with more people. Harry was basically beaming and slightly worried of Ginny's mental health when the pile of boys grew. Harry had even used his dad voice and it seemed to work when little by little, boys kept untangling themselves. Harry cast a small smile at Rory who crept closer to Sirius and with a good reason. Going from not having anyone to suddenly being part of a big family like theirs must be overwhelming. In a way, Harry saw himself in Rory; someone who had lost his whole family in a tragic accident. Someone who was new to the magical world. Harry was just so glad Rory didn't have to go through alone anymore and that he had Sirius, Remus and the rest of the big clan.
" As if you don't use your dad voice." Harry scoffed to Ron but still grinned at him. It was good to see him and Hermione. They were all happy. It was still slightly strange to see his own children running around ( and setting things on fire, yes you Albus Severus and James Sirius ) but it was also comforting to know that they were his family. Sirius was there. Remus was there and now, Ron and Hermione. " You have a new cousin, James and I want you to be nice to him." Then again, James was always nice to everyone but Harry had a suspicion that Sirius was being a complete mother hen at the moment and needed some reassurance that little Rory would be okay. He turned back to Ginny only to notice her gone but the drink she had offered sounded great right about now. " Gin, can I have that drink?" Harry asked into the living room. He still refused to leave the pile of boys, knowing that something might happen.
