Two purebloods who disappeared earlier this year have been found. Athena Kastor, beater for the Falmouth Falcons, and Jackson Regno, the Head Obliviator reported to the auror department earlier this morning after having helped each other escape.
The reappearance of Kastor and Regno confirms the suspicion that the disappearances were linked - also stating they were not the only people at the place where they were taken.
According to the auror department, the duo were both injured, having been forced through experimental procedures in the months since they vanished.
Following the descriptions given by them both, the auror department attempted to retrace their steps to find the other missing. But either due to lapses in memory, or magical means, there was nothing to be found.
Kastor and Regno are expected to make a full recovery.
TERROR GROUP ON THE RISE
The disappearances that have been alarming the country since late last year are linked to a terror group. Due to the escape of two of the kidnapped, the law enforcement department has finally come forth with information for the public in a press conference this morning.
Those taken are reportedly experimented on to try extract the magical properties of wizards and witches and transfer it to those without magic.
It appears that purebloods are being targeted both for the generations of magical blood they posses, and as retribution against purist pureblood wizards and witches who had targeted those of lesser (or no) magical blood.
The kidnapped escapees, Athena Kastor and Jackson Regno were unable to give any decisive description of who is leading the group, the department assures us they are investigating it thoroughly.
Anyone with any infomation is asked to report to the auror office immediately.
