Duke's older brother was a prefect. Now that Duke was sorted and around his older brother more, he wanted to make sure things worked out. So he made his own prefect badge out of some paper and glue. And now, he wasn't too worried about anything else. His hand reached out and looped his hand through his older brother's. He was going on rounds too. "Look! I'm a prefect too!" He grinned at the other male easily. See how nice and simply things were? It was going to be great.
Following Leo on rounds, he couldn't help but beam at the older male. See how awesome things were? Things were going great. "So what all are we doing today?" It was a very good question. Duke had spent his first night at Hogwarts, wandering all around and meeting the other Gryffindors. But he still knew that his favorite was, without a doubt, his older brother. It'd been hard not wandering into Leo's dorm room when he realized he was too excited to sleep.
"I wanna see all of the castle and learn it's secrets." Like where was he supposed to take his pet pig for walks?
Being a prefect was weird. Out of everyone, Leo had never thought it would be something given to him. He wasn't responsible enough to be given any kind of authority. This was weird. Having Duke at school with him was also weird. He hadn't seen the young boy too much since the biting incident, being mostly at school, but that was okay. He would see him a lot now.
As the boy came up to him, Leo's eyes landed on the badge he'd made and his mouth pulled into an amused smile. He wanted to say that wasn't how it worked, but he would let the boy have his fun. "I don't know many secrets, but I can show you around," he offered. The only secret he knew that was really worth anything was the room of requirement, and he wasn't giving that to Duke. Not yet at the very least.

"You have to know all of the secrets in the world." Because he was the coolest older brother ever. It never occurred to Duke that they weren't actually siblings. But that seemed to be correct. Leo was only a werewolf because Duke was a werewolf. Thus, they were now siblings in a court of law. Or something. His dad would love Leo, if the two ever met. But Duke was also nervous because he didn't want his dad to love Leo more then him. He didn't think he could deal with that.
Still, he was with Leo and that was the best thing he could ask for. "But sure! I'm still not sure where anything is." He spent a lot of time lost. And while it was kinda fun, it might be good for him to start getting to class on time. Because otherwise he was going to start losing house points and the like.
Honestly Leo wasn't sure what to do with this child. It seemed like the boy thought he was super awesome except that he really wasn't. But he would do his best to live up to expectations. It was the least he could do for someone so little. That was weird, though. Thinking of the first years as little. When had he grown up so much? "C'mon, I'll show you the hidden things I know about." There weren't many because he wasn't good at the whole exploring thing, but he knew a few things that he thought might impress Duke.

"YEAH HIDDEN STUFF!" Secrets were not a strong suit of the young lion. So instead he pumped his hand in the air and then quickly latched onto the older male's arm. He didn't want to get lost, because that had been happening a lot lately. And while normally he didn't care about getting lost, he didn't want to miss the super secret tour of mystery. It would be a lot better to see the whole thing.

"Not so loud!" Leo hissed. If everyone knew they were going hunting for secrets then it wouldn't be a secret anymore. Not that Leo had any delusions that other students didn't know about the things he'd found. Most students went exploring when they got to Hogwarts. It was sort of just what was done. And sometimes they had older siblings that helped them out. It made school a lot more fun honestly.
