❊ SHINY ❊
It was Saturday afternoon and nearing the end of April which had Tobias pretty jazzed. He was looking forward to being done with school though he'd also miss Quidditch. It was a double edged sword sort of situation. At the moment though, he was currently in one of his 'eff school' moods as he meandered down the hall corridor. Wondering where his friends had gotten off to, he was on the lookout for any mischief that he could be a part of.

Noel spent a lot of time thinking about things he had zero to no control over. For example, currently he was stressed out about what was going on with his new family. Jasmine had finally assured him that he was settled there, but it felt weird. Honestly he didn't want to stress her or her family out. He had a whole family who actually seemed to care about each other. It was odd and kind of nice. What if he didn't do things correctly?
So he'd been doing everything in his power to make them happy. He became a beater for his house team, like Icarus. He'd become a prefect to make Jasmine happy (although that'd happened right before everything became official). And right now his grades were better then ever. There was no reason anyone could say anything negative about him to the Queens.
Yet there was a ball of unease in his stomach that he couldn't shake. So trying to move on forward, he was doing his solo prefect rounds. It didn't help that he crashed right into someone. "I'm so sorry!" And now that ball of unease got a lot worse for him. What if he suddenly ruined everything?

Tobias's initial look of annoyance ebbed someone as he saw who had run into him. Tobias appreciated pretty no matter their gender and this boy was definitely pretty. His lips formed a sort of smirk as he looked the other boy over, trying his best not to look predatory because it wasn't like he wanted to scare off the badger.
They were in the same year so he at least knew the house of the other boy though a name wasn't coming to mind. "I don't think you broke any of my bones so I'm just fine," he said.
