You approach the house's western side and are greeted by a door the leads directly down to the cellar of the house. There is no other way to get into the house from this direction so going down is the only choice. The doors are heavy and creak as they are opened, locking immediately again once everyone is inside.
Room #1 The room is small, unexpected for a cellar, but there is no need for much space. In the exact middle of the room is a table with a maze built on top of it. The top of the maze is covered with glass, making it impossible to reach inside. At the start point of the maze is a key. Touching the table reveals that the table rotates and the key slides as it does so. At the end of the maze is an opening to remove the key and leave the room.
