The Three Broomsticks still wasn’t somewhere she visited frequently, but last time she had gone she had ended up running into Aurelius so she supposed she could go every so often just for the sake of irritating him. Unfortunately, he wasn’t there on this fine day, but someone who was, was his brother. Rom was always so nice, like an overgrown puppy, which was weird considering who he was siblings with. She skipped her way over to the blonde and plopped herself onto the bar stool next to him. ”Hi Rom, it’s been forever, how are things?” she said with a grin before ordering herself a drink. ”Last time I was here I ran into your brother, I’m almost surprised he didn’t tell me to get out,” she said with a slight laugh. That sounded like something Aurelius would do after all. Just tell her to leave the bar because she was annoying him or something. Though, she was pretty sure he would do that to his brother too now that she thought about it.
Clearly his brother was just an unpleasant person and needed to liven up a little. She wondered what it was that Rom did these days, and what brought him to the Three Broomsticks today, but she’d let him get out greetings first before she threw a bunch of questions at him. She did have some degree of manners despite the fact that she spent most of her time living with dragons.

Surprisingly, he was still alive. Considering the workload he had and the Kenina causing trouble at her daycare, things could be worse. There was not a day when the daycare ladies did not send notes to Romulus about his daughter. Some days Romulus would receive word how Kenina tricked the other kids giving her their desserts or sometimes playing card tricks with the other kids. That’s why Kenina was not allowed to bring cards during toy day any longer. Romulus had no clue where this kind of behaviour came from. No wait. He had a vague idea but he did not dare to say it outloud.
Now that Black was also leaving back to the Ministry, it also meant Rom’s patrol partner was leaving. The two of them had bonded in a sense that men usually bonded; moaned about quidditch and their kids. The hallways had been much more safer ever since the two of them started and the looming danger of all those kidnappings made Black on the edge. Romulus figured he was worried because he was a pureblood after all. Not that anyone could take Sirius Black with a fight or with a broken neck. Or well, Sirius would not let himself to get kidnapped in the first place.
Romulus had little free time which he decided to spend outside the stone walls of school. The students weren’t allowed to come to Hogsmeade at this very moment so it was nice and quiet. Or so he thought. Not too long when he was suddenly being talked to and the grown man, with great confusion, looked around him. He did however get too mad of the intruder because it was someone he knew. Well, not as well as he should because it took him a moment to remember her name. “ Hi!” He blurted out. “ Hi, Pixie. You surprised me.” Romulus said and hoped he didn’t have bits of beer on his face. “ I’m.. surviving thank you for asking and how are you?” Well, might as well be polite. He wasn’t Aurelius after all. “ Aurelius? Oh, well he can be a total asshat sometimes.” Sometimes? “ So, what brings you here?”
